I appreciate Ben Li's response to my piece. It's nice to know that people read my pieces- it's even better to know that people have opinions to my pieces. In the famous words of Kingsley Amis, who once said, "If you can't annoy someone, what's the point of writing?"
I am in no way shape or form suggesting that the government turn "on a dime" and change the agenda. What I am asking, is why the government seems to have these crazy agenda plans to begin with. Legalizing pot? Gay marriage? Why is that the top priority? Since when does minority rule?
Ensuring affordable housing, infrastructure, lowering tuition costs, assisting with low income families, lowering insurance, etc and of course, the health of the citizens in this country.
But then again, maybe the government was too concerned with making sure Quebec had proper advertising so they separate from Canada.
Maybe a woman needs to head up government. These men in power don't seem to know what they?re doing
