Flick Off.

Richard Branson has come up with a new incentive to reduce carbon: a brilliant music festival hosted in the city that is able to reduce the most carbon. Sure, we've all been told that we clearly need to do this - but the question is how? Just turn off your lights when you leave a room? Walk to the grocery store instead of driving?

Is it a great idea? Or just a gimmick to sell his tshirts? Some stuffy ministers don't like it. Maybe they're just ticked they didn't think of it first.

Whatever the motive is, I don't think it's half bad. I mean, at least someone is taking initiative to do something to bring the state of the environment to the forefront of people's minds.
